Chiropractors are healthcare providers who primarily perform skilled manipulations (adjustments) to the spine and/or extremities. In addition to adjustments, Chiropractic care may also involve other treatments such as heat and ice, electrical stimulation, relaxation techniques, rehabilitative and general exercise, counseling about diet and other lifestyle factors, and dietary supplement recommendations.
