19-Year-old has frequent dizzy spells.

A 19-year-old young man presented to my office, two months prior to him leaving on a 2 year service mission for his church, complaining of frequent dizzy spells. He had been to his primary care physician who sent him to an ear nose and throat specialist. They were unable to find the cause of his dizzy spells.
