In this case study, a 57-year-old woman with carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms in both wrists presented for chiropractic care. Her symptoms worsened during sleep and when she performed repetitive motions. Following a thorough examination, the woman received a course of chiropractic care that included spinal manipulation to treat joint fixations in her neck, as well as adjunctive therapies including soft-tissue manipulation, cold laser, icing, and exercises to strengthen her wrists. Her presenting symptoms improved based on subjective reports during the course of her care. Annals of Vertebral Subluxation Research, December 2014
